...I’m an Australian, who’s been based in London for the last ten years.

Like many Australians, I don't think I'll ever get over the novelty of being able to jump on a plane (or even better, a train) and be in an entirely new country within an hour. So I've created 48 Hours in Europe to invoke that same feeling of wonder in others.

I work full-time and travel as frequently as I can, mainly within Europe and often on weekends – hence the name of this site. I've been to more than 50 countries and nearly every country in Europe. In addition to visiting new countries, I try to visit my favourite European countries — Italy, Greece, France, Germany and Austria at least once per year.

I’m a lover of travel, food, photography, cultures, storytelling and new adventures.
